About the event

🌳 Set in an Exclusive Country House Hotel nestled in Exmoor National Park.  This 2 day retreat includes catering, accommodation, workbook/journal, use of hotel facilities (gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & heated outdoor pool with sound system) chakra crystals and chakra wrist bands. You can start the experience from Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.  Inviting individuals, couples or groups to engage in workshops in a connected community environment, that explores integrated Holistic Wellness & Vitality:

​The workshops will allow you to experience different types of healing modalities and techniques in a relaxed, community supported environment.  Holistic J www.holisticj.co.uk  and Jen Surch hold sacred space for each of the session workshops, sharing our wealth of experience. We are both on hand to answer any questions and deepen your knowledge, while you experience the sessions and promote your own inner self healing.  Intentions can be set for the whole event or specific sessions.  "Where focused attention is on your intention, energy flows".  We will support you on your journey with unconditional love. Showing you how to step into your own personal power to integrate a Holistic Approach of mind & mindset, body & movement, emotions & heart practices, and spirit & energy techniques.

👉 Every morning there will be an optional early riser Chakra Yoga and Meditation to help you get primed for the day ahead between 8.30-9.00am.

💰 The £150 deposit secures your place and goes towards booking you into the venue and can be booked via this website

The balance of £650 is due 6 weeks prior to the retreat on the 31st March 2023 by 2pm. Payment plans available.
