Monthly payment plan - Terms of minimum period and termination of your agreement -

Please read the following if you have opted to pay for your subscription using our monthly payment plan as these are the terms you are agreeing to.

Your payments will be due on the same date each month as the date you signed up.

All payments are inclusive of VAT.

Your Pay Monthly Membership Agreement has a minimum term known as a Minimum Period, which could be as short as 30 days.

After the Minimum Period, you may terminate the Agreement by giving us 30 days' notice (unless any other statutory or regulatory rules apply).

Please note that it is the member's responsibility to inform us of any necessary changes, such as a new email address or contact details. IIOHT accepts no responsibility for emails not being received.

If monthly payments are not made on time, IIOHT has the right to request the full outstanding balance.

*It is important to make payments on the agreed date, and if you have any difficulty, you should contact us immediately.*

Unless specified otherwise, if you want to terminate the Agreement during the Minimum Period or we terminate the Agreement due to your material breach, then you will have to pay an Early Termination Charge.

This charge is calculated by multiplying your Monthly Subscription Charges by the number of months left in your Minimum Period.

We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement if you fail to pay any charges due or if you become bankrupt.

We may also terminate the Agreement if we reasonably believe that the service is being used fraudulently, illegally, in a way that harms our reputation, or to cause annoyance (amongst other things).

This is a rolling contract, and renewal will continue unless cancelled.

Complaints Policy

Complaint Procedures Complaints form (request one): Email:

How to make a complaint - If you have a complaint about one of our members, please note that IIOHT will only mediate if the complaint is unresolved due to an inability to reach a mutually agreeable outcome or if the training provider or therapist has, in any way, refused to handle the complaint.

If you wish to make a complaint regarding one of our members, you must have contacted the member concerned first. Only if this has not been resolved should you then request an IIOHT complaints form.

IIOHT reserves the right to suspend or withdraw accreditation depending on the nature and severity of the complaint, as well as the number of repeated complaints lodged against a member. No refund will be issued if the complaint is upheld.

Our Holistic Directory is created as a platform for holistic health practitioners to advertise their services online. While we strive to ensure high-quality listings on our website, please note that the display of a therapist or practitioner's information does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the IIOHT. We rely on the information provided by each practitioner in good faith, which includes their therapy qualifications, memberships, and registrations. It is the responsibility of each listed practitioner to provide proof of their advertised qualifications and professional memberships, as well as relevant insurance cover if requested. Please exercise your own judgment and due diligence before engaging with any practitioner listed on our site. The IIOHT is not responsible for any actions, behavior, or claims made by the therapists or practitioners listed on this site.
