I facilitate safe spaces to relive the past to uproot the causes of certain habitual, unconscious, systemic behaviours and beliefs in order to grow and prosper our Futures. Services are available within a group format, or on a one to one basis, that allow us to look at ourselves in the mirror, grieve or celebrate achievements; identify and heal trauma; break free from shame, fear and abandonment, and become our own loving and supporting best friends.

Talk Therapy | Sound Therapy | Massage

I use a range of spiritually rooted modalities talk and sound therapies as well as nature in my work. I am a certified Meditation Teacher and Sound Therapist. In 2020 I created The Love and Light Family, an online platform which provided an outlet for individuals that had a keen interest in metaphysics and nature to share experience and knowledge. I also ran meditation and inner work sessions - and Funmilola's World is a spin off of that work!.
